Delete your Discipline Desk account

In the app, at once

1. Open Discipline Desk and sign in.
2. Tap You in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account and all its data are deleted the moment you confirm, and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by reply and delete the account within 7 days. We ask nothing else of you.

What is deleted

• your account: name, email address, profile-photo address and Google account identifier;
• your journal entries and scorecard history;
• your goals, milestones and their activity;
• your trader-profile answers and any paper positions;
• your coach settings, including your encrypted Anthropic key, and your coach usage counts;
• your waitlist entry, if you joined it with the same email address.

Nothing is kept. We do not keep backup copies of the app's database today; if that changes, this page will say how long a backup can hold deleted data. See the privacy policy for the rest.
