What the Discipline Desk app and this site collect, why, who else sees it, and how to delete it. Effective 27 September 2026.
Discipline Desk is a trade name of Prosperity Choices Inc. It is educational and self-tracking software: a trading journal, a scorecard, goals and study frameworks. It is not a broker, it places no orders, and it gives no investment advice or trading signals.
From Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile-photo address and Google account identifier. Google never sends us your password.
What you type in: journal entries (the trades you plan or take, your reasons, exits and notes), scorecard history, goals and milestones, your answers to the trader-profile assessment, and any paper (simulated) positions you record.
If you use the AI coach: the coach runs on your own Anthropic API key, which you add yourself. We store that key encrypted, and we count how many coach requests you make each day.
What it does not collect: your location, contacts, photos, files, device advertising identifier, brokerage logins or account numbers. The app shows no ads and contains no analytics or advertising trackers. Crash details stay on your device.
Only to run the app for you: to sign you in, keep your journal and goals, compute your scorecard, and answer your coach requests. We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We disclose data to anyone else only if the law requires it.
Everything between the app and our server travels over HTTPS. Sign-in sessions are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after 30 days. Your Anthropic key is encrypted at rest.
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete everything, open the app, go to You, then Delete account. Your account, journal, scorecard history, goals, profile answers, coach settings and waitlist entry are deleted at once. Without the app, see how to request deletion. We do not keep backup copies of the app's database today; if that changes, this page will say how long a backup can hold deleted data.
The waitlist form collects the email you give it and which link brought you here. We use it to send the beta invitation and occasional product updates. Every email includes an opt-out, and this site uses no analytics trackers or ad pixels.
Discipline Desk is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
